Radon testingDid you know that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer? Radon is a natural occuring gas that is present in our environment. Unfortunately, we cannot see or smell it in the atmosphere. The only way to find out if there is radon present is through a radon test. I use the latest technology to test the atmosphere within the home to get the results that will determine the presence of radon.

Thermal imagingAlthough thermal imaging technology is new to the home inspection industry, I have used this technology for several decades to find hazardous conditions within occupancies. I know the importance of this technology first hand. By using it in the right applications during a home inspection, it can save lives and property. I can also use the technology to discover leaks in plumbing and any insulation issues needed addressed.

Drone imagingI will use drone imaging to capture an aerial view of your house and property when conditions allow. This will ensure I am able to inspect any roof. Photos and videos taken with the drone will be inserted into the final report.

Mold InspectionDid you know that unchecked mold can cause health problems and damage the structure of the house? I will check throughout the property to ensure there is no past mold issues or issues that could lead to mold in the future. If the possibility of mold is present, I will gather a sample and a laboratory will analyze the sample.
